Based on the analysis of CMA’s
business case requirements and constrains of using
e-service/online payments, ASSET recommended an addition to
the system based on Jupiter Enterprise Suite including:
- Website
Content Management that integrates with Jupiter’s
document management and workflow automation solutions to
utilize the information stored into Jupiter repository using
a simple GUI for non-technical users in order to manage the
portal’s content authoring, review and publishing processes.
- Portal Integration
with Oracle Portal using Jupiter’s Portal Integration Kit,
to help CMA deliver a “Service” Portal, automate the
internal requests initiated from within the portal and
secure the access to classified lists of incoming requests
and put them into action.
- Full Text
Retrieval that
locates contents, not simply by their keywords, but by the
text that is contained in the document and allows the search
within the document or the submitted comments.
The internet portal was a
turnaround key solution as it allowed the CMA to stay ahead
in the market competition by providing exceptional client
services and being the pioneer with its outstanding
e-services and special tools for data representation. The
portal solution provided online filing solution for:
- Financial Statements
and Data from CASE-Listed & Securities Companies.
- Mutual Funds
Information.
- New Companies
Establishment Documents.
- Company Capital
Increase/Decrease Requests.
- Securities Companies
Licensing Applications.
- Securities Company
Personnel Licensing Applications.
- Official Copies of
CMA Documents Requests.
The CMA Portal provided
“Information Retrieval Services” such as legal and
regulatory information related to e-government, all in
addition to “e-services” that would allow the users to
submit online requests suing the website with the support of
the “Online Fees Collection” of CMA services such as:
Licensing of Securities Company Personnel, New
Incorporations, Copies of Official Documents…etc. |
