The Challenge

Within the e-Government initiatives that were launched in the UAE, one of the main objectives of the Ministry of Interior was to automate the internal processes within the ministry in order to be able to provide better services and manage the operation in a more efficient manner.

The Solution

ASSET consultants have lead a large-scale project for automating the Ministry of Interior (MOI) operations. Jupiter has been successfully implemented to automate the critical sophisticated business processes that include; Resource Management, Failure Reporting & Management, Purchase Requests, Depreciation of Assets/Resources, Vacations Requests, Maintenance Requests, Excuse Management, Travel Ticket Management, Correspondence Management, Training Plans and Recommendations.

The Results

Having Jupiter implemented for use by more than 100 concurrent users, has highly boosted the internal operation and the employee working environment within the MOI and also enabled easy and flexible management to their critical contents and processes.
