ASSET at GITEX 2007 – Witness the Launching of "Jupiter 3.5" and our new CMS Solution "NIBIRU"
ASSET proudly announces its participation in the Middle East's most prestigious IT event - Gitex 2007 that took place from 8 to 12 September 2007 – Dubai , UAE.
During the event, ASSET launched its State-of-the-Art Document and Process Management new software "NIBIRU" that leverage MS Office SharePoint Server 2007 Content Management Capabilities as well as ASSET Team presented Live Demos during the event featuring the new major additions to Jupiter Enterprise Suite (release 3.5)
NIBIRU featured exclusive additions to MS Office SharePoint Server 2007 including: Advanced content capturing techniques, Fax integration, batch processing, OCR and Essential Business Content Manipulation functions such as Imaging, annotations, advanced search and reporting tools. NIBIRU integrates perfectly with MS Office 2007 to create a unified interface, rich of features and presents the best Content Management Solution for your toughest business challenges.
Major Additions to Jupiter Enterprise Suite (release 3.5) were also introduced during the event including:
- “Customer Services and Complaints Management System CSCMS” is a comprehensive solution for managing customers services and complaints. The system provides real-time visibility to track each service/complaint request through its complete lifecycle from recording to processing, reporting and closure following the appropriate procedures defined by the company policies.
- “Oracle BPEL Process Management Integration” Jupiter support for Oracle BPEL provides you with a comprehensive, standard-based and easy to use solution for creating, deploying and managing cross-application business processes with both automated and human workflow steps. With its Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) business agility is reached though maximizing the existing resources while minimizing the cost of deploying new applications.
During Gitex 2007, ASSET was exhibiting in OracleWorld which helped in leading to a relevant increase in the number of potential customers and partners (from new segments) visiting the stand and received new sales leads from different customers.
