ASSET Participates in Architech 2007, 29-30 October 2007

Being one of the leaders in providing Enterprise Content Management Solutions in Egypt and the Middle East, ASSET had a major participation share in the Electronic Archiving Technology and Business Content and Process Management Solutions Summit – "Architech 2007", Nile Hilton - Cairo, Egypt.

About Architech 2007

Under the auspices of H.E. Dr. Ahmed Darwish - Minister of State & Administration, Concord Conferences and Exhibitions S.A. organized "Architech 2007" Conference & Exhibition.

The event consisted of a two days conference discussing the latest topics and successful projects implementations in the Electronic Archiving Solutions as well as a one day exhibition for the Egyptian Companies working in the field.

The conference covered many important topics including: 

  • Electronic Archiving System classifications and a case study on a  successful system implementation starting from project planning, faced challenges to the day-to-day usage of the system
  • Electronic Signature and E-Documents Egyptian initiatives
  • E-Content and Automated Workflows reflections on office management with a detailed feasibility study on their effectiveness
  • Security and Legal issues related to the new E-Technologies
  • The implemented E-Gov projects experiences, Achievements and challenges

ASSET Contribution 

ASSET had a major contribution to the event as we have participated in the event's exhibition as well as we have prepared a presentation that was displayed during the conference second day sessions.

The presentation described the benefits of the Office Workflow Automation with a real case study on the implemented Content Management and Workflow Automation solutions that were part of the project initiative between ASSET and MSAD and implemented in over 20 different governmental organizations including ministries, governorates and other entities like municipalities that are spread all over the country.

Visitors of ASSET Booth learned more about ASSET’s new products and especially our latest release of “NIBIRU” CMS based on MS office SharePoint Server 2007 and "Morasalt" Correspondence Management System
